What sizes are available?
LifeLabs products are available in Men's XS-XXL, Women's XXS-XL. We use unisex sizing where appropriate, which allows us to limit the impact of our production and ensure minimal waste in our supply chain. As we grow, we plan to expand our size range further. How do I care for my LifeLabs products?
Whether you are caring for your WarmLife or CoolLife product, our fabric technologies don’t like high heat. Wash only in cold water, on a gentle cycle. Either tumble dry with low or no heat, or better yet, line dry or dry flat. You’ll save energy and make your garments last longer. Do not iron, dry clean or otherwise use excessive heat.
What is the product made of?
LifeLabs products are made with yarn-based textile derived from Polyethylene—an infrared transparent material. As the lowest-rated material on the Materials Sustainability Index globally, PE is 70% cooler than organic cotton, with half the environmental impact. We also used recycled polyester in our WarmLife products and trims.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
After your order is placed, it typically takes 1-2 business days to process the order and ship from our facility. For new products or "pre-order" styles, the shipping dates will be notified on the individual product pages. Because of ongoing international shipping and supply chain delays, we will keep you updated on any issues outside of our control.
How do I track my order?
Once you receive a shipping confirmation, you'll receive a link to track the status of your shipment.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from facilities in Vietnam and China. In order to reduce our carbon footprint from shipping, we ship items in bulk by air freight, twice per week. This may lead to longer shipping times but allows us to have a lighter footprint.
Why didn't my LifeLabs product come with tags or other packaging material?
To reduce our impact, we focused on omitting packaging as often as possible. This means you won’t find conventional polybags, hangers, silica gel packs, or pages of hang tags attached with plastic swift tacks on our products.
If you want to learn more about your LifeLabs product, scan the QR code located inside the garment with your phone and it will send you directly to a paperless online webpage that gives a full profile on the product feature set, intended use, care instructions and environmental impact report.
What kind of packaging does LifeLabs use?
We have replaced conventional polybags in our supply chain with compostable PLA-based polybags that can be reused and are certified compostable EN 13432 in your residential green bin. Our paper labels and cardboard shipping boxes are fully recyclable.
Does LifeLabs Ship Internationally?
We currently ship to the following countries: Canada, China (Personal ID required), Denmark, Finland, France, French Southern Territories, Germany, Hong Kong SAR China, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Singapore, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Switzerland, Taiwan, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and Venezuela
Please note: Orders that are shipped to countries outside the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs tariffs, value-added tax (VAT) and other fees levied by the destination country or the shipping company. These charges are based on the purchased merchandise’s country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system (HS code). LifeLabs does not have control over these charges. Tariffs, taxes, and duties are included in your price calculation at the time of your order as a line item upon checkout at lifelabs.design. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the product can be lawfully imported to the destination country.
What is your return policy?
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, products purchased on https://lifelabs.design/ must be shipped to our warehouse or designated location designated within 30 days of the ship date found on your invoice. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.
I ordered the wrong size. How do I return a LifeLabs item?
Orders within the United States
To start a return, go to returns.lifelabs.design. Simply login with the email address used for your order. You will receive a confirmation email that will direct you to all of your orders. Choose the items you would like to return or exchange. Follow the prompts to obtain your shipping label and further instructions.
Orders outside of the United States
Lifelabs does not accept international returns or exchanges at this time.
How do I exchange an item?
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to start an exchange or do a return with instant credit at returns.lifelabs.design. You can start a return and purchase a replacement item instantly by selecting Shop For Something New when prompted. With a exchange, your shipping label will be provided within a few steps, and your desired item will be shipped immediately upon receipt of the return.
What is your warranty policy?
All our products are designed and manufactured to last and are warrantied to be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose free from defects in workmanship or materials for the lifetime of the product.
How do I submit a warranty claim?
If your item is damaged or defective, please take photo(s) of the item that you feel best captures the condition, and contact email@example.com to arrange for return for evaluation. Please include your original order number located in your original receipt, if available. To ensure timely processing, please be sure to include your return form in your return package.
Payment Methods and Refunds
When will I be refunded for a return?
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return by email, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
What currency do you charge?
We only accept USD at this time, but that is slated to change. Stay tuned.
Can I make changes to the products in my order?
You may modify your order at any time if it has not been processed and shipped. If the order has been processed or shipped, you will need to generate a return as per our return policy (above). To cancel your order, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
What payment options do you accept?
We currently accept ApplePay, ShopPay, PayPal, AfterPay, and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
What if I want to cancel my order?
You may cancel your order for a refund if your order has not been processed. Please contact email@example.com.
If the order has been processed or shipped, you will need to generate a return at returns.lifelabs.design, as per our return policy.
What if the item I received is incorrect, damaged or faulty?
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
