Product

LifeLabs products are available in Men's XS-XXL, Women's XXS-XL. We use unisex sizing where appropriate, which allows us to limit the impact of our production and ensure minimal waste in our supply chain. As we grow, we plan to expand our size range further. See our Sizing Chart to determine the best fit for you.

We recommend you wash your LifeLabs products on regular, cold cycle. Line dry or tumble dry on low. Do not iron or dry clean.

LifeLabs products are made with yarn-based textile derived from Polyethylene—an infrared transparent material. As the lowest-rated material on the Materials Sustainability Index globally, PE is 70% cooler than organic cotton, with half the environmental impact. We also used recycled polyester in our WarmLife products and trims.

We stand behind the quality of our product and offer a 2-year warranty. If your LifeLabs product does not remain intact for that period of time, please contact help@lifelabs.design and we will review the use and images of the product. If approved, your product may be refunded or exchanged. Please note our warranty does not cover damage or excessive wear and tear.

Shipping

After your order is placed, it will take, typically 1-2 business days to process and ship. Our pre-order period for most products is completed and orders will start to ship 11/29/21. Because of ongoing international shipping delays, we will keep you updated on any delays outside of our control.

Once you receive a shipping confirmation, you'll receive a link to track the status of your shipment.

We ship from facilities in Vietnam and China. In order to reduce our carbon footprint from shipping, we ship items in bulk by air freight, twice per week. This may lead to longer shipping times but allows us to have a lighter footprint.

To reduce our impact, we focused on omitting packaging as often as possible. This means you won’t find conventional polybags, hangers, silica gel packs, or pages of hang tags attached with plastic swift tacks on our products.

If you want to learn more about your LifeLabs product, scan the QR code located inside the garment with your phone and it will send you directly to a paperless online webpage that gives a full profile on the product feature set, intended use, care instructions and environmental impact report. 

We have replaced conventional polybags in our supply chain with compostable PLA-based polybags that can be reused and are certified compostable EN 13432 in your residential green bin. Our paper labels and cardboard shipping boxes are fully recyclable and FSC-certified/SFI-certified.

Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at help@lifelabs.design and we will create a complimentary return label for you to use. Keep in mind, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please place the item you'd like to return in the compostable mailer bag, sealing it with the second glue strip. Once your item is recevied, you will be refunded. Please allow 3-5 business days for your funds to reflect on your original payment method. 

If you'd like to exchange your item for another style or size, you can place another order or we'd be happy to assist you by emailing help@lifelabs.design.

The best way ensure you are satisfied with your order is to return the item you have, and make a separate purchase for the new item or we'd be happy to assist you by emailing help@lifelabs.design.

Payment Methods and Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

We only accept USD at this time, but that is slated to change. Stay tuned.

You may modify your order at any time if it has not been processed and shipped. If the order has been processed or shipped, you will need to generate a return as per our return policy (above). To cancel your order, contact help@lifelabs.design.

We currently accept ApplePay, ShopPay, PayPal and credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at help@lifelabs.design if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
