Returns Policy

Full Product Lifetime Warranty
 
We at LifeLabs Design believe in a new era of sustainability, focused on lowering personal energy usage and reducing our impact on the Earth. All our products are designed and manufactured to last and are warranted to be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose free from defects in workmanship or materials for the lifetime of the product. This warranty extends to any owner of a LifeLabs product, and does not apply to product that is altered, modified, or defects due to normal wear and tear, misuse, incidental damage, accident, improper care/maintenance, or use for other than the products intended design. Please note, knitwear, footwear, accessories, and collaborations are excluded from this warranty program, unless otherwise stated. 
 
If your LifeLabs product fails due to a materials or manufacturing defect, please contact help@lifelabs.design and we will review the use and images of the product. All damaged/defective returns will be individually evaluated to determine if the returns fall within terms of this policy. LifeLabs Design reserves the right to refund, replace, offer credit toward future purchases of LifeLabs Design product, or deny the warranty claim at our informed discretion.  
 
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state. 

 

Returns

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, products purchased on https://lifelabs.design/ must be shipped to our warehouse or designated location designated within 30 days of the ship date found on your invoice. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging.  
 


Warranty Claim Returns

If you would like to return a damaged or defective product under warranty, please take photo(s) of the item that you feel best captures the condition, and contact help@lifelabs.design to arrange for return for evaluation. To ensure timely processing, please be sure to include your return form in your return package. 
 
LifeLabs Design will provide a shipping label for you to return the item at no cost to you, and replace or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer.

Orders within the United States:
To start a return, go to returns.lifelabs.design. Simply login with the email address used for your order. You will receive a confirmation email that will direct you to all of your orders. Choose the items you would like to return or exchange. Follow the prompts to obtain your shipping label and further instructions. 

Orders outside of the United States:
Lifelabs does not accept international returns or exchanges at this time.

Final Sale

Items marked final sale or no return may not be returned or exchanged.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to start an exchange or do a return with instant credit at returns.lifelabs.design. You can start a return and purchase a replacement item instantly by selecting Shop For Something New when prompted. With a exchange, your shipping label will be provided within a few steps, and your desired item will be shipped immediately upon receipt of the return.

Refunds
We will notify you via email  once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Unless the item arrives damaged or defective, we may deduct the original shipping and return shipping costs from the refund.  Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

* Please allow up to 21 business days from when we receive the items in our warehouse for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.

Cancelled Orders

You are able to cancel your order at any time if we have not already begun to process the order and receive a refund to your original payment. If the order has been processed or shipped, you will need to generate a return as per our return policy (above). To cancel your order before it has been fulfilled, contact help@lifelabs.design.
