We at LifeLabs Design believe in a new era of sustainability, focused on lowering personal energy usage and reducing our impact on the Earth. All our products are designed and manufactured to last and are warranted to be of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose free from defects in workmanship or materials. This warranty applies only to unworn/unused products. Please note, knitwear, footwear, accessories, and collaborations are excluded from this warranty program, unless otherwise stated.
If your LifeLabs product fails due to a materials or manufacturing defect, please take photo(s) of the item that you feel best captures the condition and contact email@example.com within 30 days of the ship date found on your invoice. All damaged/defective returns will be individually evaluated to determine if the returns fall within terms of this policy. If the product is eligible for warranty return, LifeLabs Design will provide a shipping label for you to return the item at no cost to you, and replace or refund the purchase price, whichever you prefer.

LifeLabs Design reserves the right to refund, replace, offer credit toward future purchases of LifeLabs Design product, or deny the warranty claim at our informed discretion.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
Orders within the United States:
To start a return, contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the email address used for your order and specify your order number in the subject line. Please indicate the items you would like to return and let us know the reason for return. You will receive an RMA# and a prepaid shipping label from our team. Please note that $10 will be deducted from your refund for the prepaid label.
To be eligible for a refund, products purchased on https://lifelabs.design/ must be shipped to designated location within 30 days of the ship date found on your invoice. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Please include the order# and RMA# provided.

Lifelabs does not accept international returns or exchanges at this time.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lifelabs does not accept exchanges at this time. If you would like to return a product, please refer to our Return policy.
We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Unless the item arrives damaged or defective, we may deduct the original shipping and return shipping costs from the refund. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
* Please allow up to 21 business days from when we receive the items in our warehouse for your account to be refunded. We will send you an email once we have completed the refund process.
You are able to cancel your order at any time if we have not already begun to process the order and receive a refund to your original payment. If the order has been processed or shipped, you will need to generate a return as per our return policy (above). To cancel your order before it has been fulfilled, contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
